Design efficient one-bedroom and studio apartments for urban dwellers who value sustainability, natural light, and convenience. Re-imagine residential-over-retail building space in a way that adds beauty and value to the local community.
Designer Notes
A beautiful greenspace at the building's center creates airy outdoor spaces for restaurants and groundfloor businesses. For the upper residential floors, the courtyard allows each unit sunlight from two sides, plus cross-ventilation—a more humane and environmentally friendly alternative to window-starved 'shotgun' apartments.
